Admission into Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is easily started by calling and speaking with our Admissions Coordinators. You are encouraged to tour the facility and to sit down with our staff to discuss your individual situation. Our goal is to make the transition from the hospital or home into Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center a smooth transition for the resident and family. We accept admissions 7 days a week,
