November 17, 2014
Dear Friends & Family,
November is National Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, and Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is wanting to find a way to recognize those who have suffered or who are currently effected by Alzheimer’s disease. We will be placing a Memory Tree in the front lobby of Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, where leaf plaques can be purchased in honor of a friend or love one who has battled Alzheimer’s disease. Proceeds from your generous donations will go toward having Sonya Clemons of Scottsboro, AL, paint murals throughout the Special Care Unit, and the purchase of specialized activity supplies that will improve the quality of life those patients that reside on the unit. We are currently the only facility in North Alabama that has a secured unit that specializes in Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients.
Please help make a difference in the lives of those who suffer from Alzheimer’s disease. Your leaf plaque will be seen by every visitor that enters Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Our hope is that our Memory Tree can symbolize those memories that have been taken from our loved ones by Alzheimer’s.
For your convenience, I have attached a pledge form. If you have questions, or would like to make arrangements for other ways you can help, please contact me at 256-259-1505, ext. 213. Follow us on Facebook and our website to keep updated on this project.
Thank you for considering this opportunity.
Sincerely,
Timsha Coleman
