2014 Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Employee of The Year
The Employee of the Year Award recognizes unique and exceptional contributions by a member of Cloverdale personnel. This award was created to recognize an employee for times he/she contributed to the facility, and went above and beyond their job responsibilities.
Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center coworkers, Family Sponsors, and outside affiliates that have working relationship with Cloverdale employees are invited and encouraged to nominate an employee for this prestigious award. The winner will be recognized on January 22, 2015.

- Provide a unique and exceptional contribution to Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center through their work.
- Demonstrate commitment.
- Demonstrate leadership in their field of work
