The Alabama Department of Public Health was on site for three days, and during their inspection they found that Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center was Deficiency Free for the second year in a row. We take pride in knowing that all of our departments work together for the better of the residents. We could not do this without each and every one of you.
